When you (Customer) purchase Product Key(s) from DiploTech to activate and/or continuously use software products available from Diplotech through this Web site, or when you contact DiploTech for any reason, DiploTech and affiliated payment processing organizations may request some or all of the following information.

• Contact information (e.g., name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.)
• Credit card, debit card or check card number
• Company name (for corporate customers)
• Computer system environment (hardware and software) that you use
• Other necessary information

We need this information to process the Customer's purchasing application or service order and to conduct market research as well. We send the Product Key(s) to the contact information that the Customer provides. If we have any trouble processing Customer's application or order, we also use the contact information to get in touch with the Customer. We may also use the Customer's contact information to provide the Customer with product updates or to inform the Customer of new products or services that may be of interest to the Customer.

DiploTech takes the confidentiality of the Customer's information seriously. Any Customer information provided to DiploTech remains strictly confidential. No redistribution, dissemination, or publication of any portion of the information provided by the Customer to DiploTech takes place without the Customer's prior knowledge and express written consent. DiploTech maintains the confidentiality and security of Customer information in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. DiploTech employees are authorized to access the Customer information as a condition of employment only to the limited extent necessary to perform their duties.

If at any time you do not wish to disclose information on-line (via DiploTech's or third party's secure web site), please contact DiploTech so that appropriate alternate arrangements can be made to serve your needs. All communications with Customers are kept strictly confidential. Please contact DiploTech with any questions or concerns you may have.
